Senior Performance Marketing Manager
DTC Scale up
London (2 days office based)
Up to £80,000 + Bonus (may be some flex)
We are working with a fast-scaling, subscription-based DTC brand that's in a rapid growth phase. With strong momentum across digital channels and a clear mission to improve everyday lifestyles, our client is investing heavily in growth.
As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the customer acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels, driving measurable, profitable growth through experimentation, data insight, and creative excellence.
Role Highlights:
- Own and scale Paid Social, Paid Search, YouTube, and SEO performance
- Lead structured testing across creative, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage agency partners to maximise channel efficiency and output
- Drive improvements in CPA and LTV:CAC through insight-led decisions
- Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing growth team
You Will Need:
- DTC scale-up background, ideally subscription
- Agency side experience (as long as you've worked with DTC scale ups)
- Strong Paid Social experience is essential
- Paid Search and SEO experience would also be great
- Advanced analytical skills using GA4 and BI tools
- Previous team management experience would be ideal
- Interest or hands-on exposure to AI-driven marketing tools
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance start-up/scale-up environment
