Senior/ Associate Interior Designer

Job description

A design led, boutique Architecture and Interiors firm in Shoreditch are looking to expand their Interiors division with a Senior OR Associate level Interior Designer working on bespoke commercial workplace and mixed uses spaces.

The role:

You can expect to be focused on running Retrofit + CAT B developments which challenge the norms of 'traditional or corporate interiors' with a strong human centric approach and design flair.

In addition to:

• Leading interior design concepts from brief through to delivery
• Setting the creative vision and narrative for projects
• Engaging with clients from the get go
• Champion innovative, non-standard approaches aligned with the company ethos
• Ensure a cohesive relationship between architecture, interiors, and brand
• Oversee multiple projects across workplace, commercial, and adaptive reuse sector
• Guide design development, FF&E, material palettes, and details
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical packages

Essential Criteria

• 6+ years’ experience in interior design (workplace/commercial preferred)
• Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
• Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative-led, high-quality interiors
• Excellent knowledge of materials, FF&E, and detailing
• Proficiency in Revit
