A global firm with one of the strongest international finance platforms is hiring into its London leveraged finance team, a practice known for acting on both the sponsor and lender side of high-profile LBOs and cross-border financings.

You'll work on leveraged acquisitions, unitranche and direct-lending transactions, refinancings, and high-yield work for top-tier PE sponsors, banks, and credit funds.

Requirements: 4+ years' PQE at a leading finance practice (UK or US firm); experience on sponsor-side or lender-side leveraged finance deals; England & Wales qualified; strong academics and commercial instincts.
