Banking & Finance, 1-3 PQE, London
My client is seeking a motivated associate (1-3 years’ PQE) to join its leading Banking & Finance practice in London.
You will work closely with partners on a wide range of complex debt finance transactions including:
- Leveraged and acquisition finance (including super senior lender work)
- General corporate lending
- Receivables and asset-based lending
- Loan trading and balance sheet transactions.
You will work with a broad client base, including private equity sponsors, debt funds, banks and listed and unlisted corporates, advising on complex and bespoke financing structures.
