The Role

This role sits within a growing corporate real estate practice focused on private equity and investment‑driven real estate transactions. The team advises on acquisitions and disposals (direct and indirect), joint ventures, restructurings and the full range of corporate real estate matters arising in sophisticated private capital transactions.

The work spans a broad range of asset classes and regularly includes complex lease arrangements, franchise structures and hotel and broader asset management agreements. Matters are often international in scope, with close collaboration across jurisdictions and practice areas.

What They’re Looking For

  • England & Wales qualified associate with 2-6 years’ PQE.
  • Strong experience in corporate real estate or private equity real estate transactions.
  • Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and transaction‑driven real estate work.
  • Experience with hotel or broader asset management agreements and complex commercial leasing is advantageous.
  • Commercial, detail‑oriented and comfortable taking responsibility within lean deal teams.

Why Apply?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high‑quality, internationally focused corporate real estate practice within a leading private capital platform. The role offers hands‑on transactional exposure, early responsibility and the chance to work on complex, high‑value real estate investments with a strong cross‑border dimension.
