Role: Executive Search Consultant

Location: London

Base: £65k + Uncapped Commission

Step into a high-performance, executive search firm delivering senior and leadership hires across Legal and Private Capital markets.

Success here is proven - Consultants have billed £300k+ within their first 12 months, even in a completely new market.

Mandates operate at the very top end of the market with fees exceeding £2M+ and individual placements generating £600k+ in commission.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, high-performance team, working alongside consultants who consistently deliver at the top of the market.

Up to £65k (DOE) + uncapped commission

Multiple consultants billing £1M+ annually

Uncapped commission structure up to 30%

£55K average fees with consistent six-figure deals

What are they looking for?

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in Legal, Private Capital, or a relevant STEM market (open to speaking with consultants with 3+ years)

Proven track record of business development and consistent billing

Experience running end-to-end, senior-level search processes

Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with a relationship-led approach

Motivated by ownership, progression, and long-term earning potential
