Role Overview:

An opportunity for an experienced BMS Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to delivery and handover, ensuring successful execution across time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of BMS projects
• Coordinate design, installation, and commissioning
• Lead engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage budgets, programmes, and project reporting
• Act as the main client interface
• Ensure H&S and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering BMS projects
• Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Schneider systems
• Good understanding of HVAC and building services
• Strong commercial and client-facing skills

Desirable:

• Background in BMS engineering or commissioning
• Relevant technical or project management qualifications
