New Business Executive - Property Team

I'm currently working with a growing, client-focused firm looking to hire a New Business Executive to join their Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a commercial mindset.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries, playing a crucial role in converting prospective clients into new business. This is a purely inbound role – no cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email
• Engage and build rapport with prospective clients
• Present and promote the firm’s services confidently
• Qualify leads and direct them within the Property team
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and outcomes
• Support smooth onboarding alongside legal teams

Working Setup

• Full-time position
• Office-based initially (1–2 months training)
• Hybrid thereafter (3 days in office, 2 from home)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a client-facing or sales-focused role
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Ability to convert enquiries into instructions
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• Legal or property experience is a bonus (not essential)

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 – £35,000 (flexibility for standout candidates)
• 25 days holiday (rising to 30 with service) + birthday off
