With a team of over 100 professionals, the studio fosters an inclusive and supportive culture, placing strong emphasis on sustainability, creativity, and delivering spaces that make a positive and lasting impact.

The practice offers a dynamic environment where senior architects are encouraged to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop their leadership, technical, and design expertise. • Contribute to the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical, regulatory, and design excellence.
  • Support project leadership in decision-making, coordination, and client reporting.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
  • Maintain clear, structured, and well-managed project documentation throughout all stages.

Requirements & Experience:

  • ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of five years’ post-Part III (or equivalent) experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both design leadership and project delivery across a range of stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, technical detailing, and relevant industry standards, including ISO.
  • Proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing responsibility across multiple project stages.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded AJ100 practice where you can take a leading role on meaningful heritage projects, further develop your technical and design expertise, and grow within a supportive, ambitious, and collaborative studio environment.
