With a team of over 100 professionals, the studio fosters an inclusive and supportive culture, placing strong emphasis on sustainability, creativity, and delivering spaces that make a positive and lasting impact.
The practice offers a dynamic environment where senior architects are encouraged to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop their leadership, technical, and design expertise. This role will involve working across a range of projects from early concept through to on-site delivery, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This position is well suited to a Senior Architect who is confident in both design and delivery, and who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, contributing to considered, well-executed architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors across all project stages.
- Contribute to the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical, regulatory, and design excellence.
- Support project leadership in decision-making, coordination, and client reporting.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain clear, structured, and well-managed project documentation throughout all stages.
Requirements & Experience:
- ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of five years’ post-Part III (or equivalent) experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design leadership and project delivery across a range of stages.
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical detailing, and relevant industry standards, including ISO.
- Proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing responsibility across multiple project stages.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded AJ100 practice where you can take a leading role on meaningful heritage projects, further develop your technical and design expertise, and grow within a supportive, ambitious, and collaborative studio environment.
