MEP Design Manager – London (Major Contractor)

Up to £100,000 + competitive package

We are working exclusively with a leading UK main contractor delivering some of the most complex and high-profile building projects in London and across the South East.

This is an opportunity for an experienced MEP Design Manager to take a key technical leadership role on major commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure schemes valued in the hundreds of millions.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate MEP design across major projects from pre-construction through delivery
• Manage consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
• Drive design quality, technical compliance, and buildability
• Support commercial and delivery teams with technical input
• Ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within complex building environments
