About the Role

Seeking a Venue Souring Specialist - German Speaking to join a dynamic venue sourcing team based in London (hybrid working). This role involves managing key client relationships, delivering end-to-end venue sourcing services, and supporting the development of team members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring a high level of service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client objectives and strategic requirements
  • Deliver full-cycle venue sourcing services, including:

> Brief development

> Venue research and selection

> Negotiation of rates and contract terms

> Proposal creation

> Pre- and post-event support

  • Mentor and support team members to ensure consistent service quality
  • Participate in client review meetings and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and financial processes
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Stay updated on venue and destination knowledge through industry engagement


Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of UK and international venues and destinations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in negotiation and supplier contracting
  • Experience in a client-facing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and database systems
  • Fluent in German (C1 level minimum required)


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with venue booking systems
  • Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent)

  • Hybrid or Remote
  • Rotational shift patterns Mon-Fri 9-5:30, 8:30-5 or 9:30-6 on a rotate basis, with 1 hour lunch break
  • Occasional travel may be required (domestic and international)
