Product Manager – Trading (Digital Assets Exchange)

The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a global, institutionally focused digital asset platform to support the growth of its Exchange Product team. The business operates a regulated trading venue alongside broader market infrastructure and data capabilities, and continues to invest heavily across product and engineering.

We are looking for a Product Manager – Trading to join a specialist team focused on derivatives and advanced trading products. This is a hands on role working closely with engineering, risk, and quantitative teams to build and enhance sophisticated exchange capabilities for institutional clients.

This is a highly technical B2B product role, suited to someone who enjoys solving complex trading problems. The focus is around products such as options, futures, perpetuals, pricing, risk, and margining, helping bring new functionality to market while improving capital efficiency for clients.

We are especially interested in people from:

• Trading product teams within exchanges or broker platforms.
• Institutional trading or market infrastructure businesses.
• Banks or financial institutions with exposure to derivatives or electronic trading products.

London based, officially 5 days in the office.

~£150,000 base salary +bonu +meanginful equity +benefits.
