Bartender’s needed for stunning new opening restaurant from globally recognised restaurant group.

Position: Bartender

Location: Flagship Opening – World-Renowned Restaurant Group

PRS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an internationally acclaimed luxury restaurant group on the launch of their latest flagship opening. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile opening with a clear ambition to achieve Michelin recognition.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Bartender to join the opening team immediately.

Package

• £14-17 per hour
• Tronc + generous cash tips
• 45 hours per week
• 5 days on / 2 days off rota

The Role

As a Bartender in this flagship venue, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class guest experience from day one. You will be part of a brand-new team, helping to shape service standards and set the tone for a venue with extremely high ambitions.

This is not a role for the faint-hearted – it is a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where excellence is the standard and consistency is key.

What We’re Looking For

Our client is seeking individuals who can thrive in a premium, high-pressure opening environment. You must be:

• From a high-end / luxury hospitality background
• Comfortable being a front-facing ambassador of a flagship brand
• Confident working as part of a newly formed team in a live opening environment
• Adaptable and resilient when facing the challenges of a new launch
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
