Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for a Transformation and Fatloss Coach. Responsibilities include creating and implementing personalized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals. The role involves guiding clients through workouts, offering support and motivation, conducting fitness assessments, providing ongoing progress evaluations, and ensuring an engaging, safe, and challenging environment. You will also educate clients on sustainable fat loss techniques and healthy habits while maintaining strong and professional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in fitness assessment, personal training, and creating tailored workout plans
• Strong understanding of nutrition principles, fat loss strategies, and habit coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and motivation
• Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while maintaining professionalism and focus
• Relevant certifications in personal training, nutrition, or fitness coaching
• Experience working with a range of clients, especially corporate professionals, is preferred
• A passion for helping others achieve their transformation goals through education, encouragement, and personalized strategies
• Commitment to professional growth and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
