Job description
Our Client are currently looking for ad-hoc Interim Consultants (Associate / Senior Associate / Consultant level) for D.D & Strategy projects with their PE & Corporate Client base. These are immediate start, short-term, interim contracts.
You will have a Tier 1 / 2 Strategy Consulting background and a track record of commercial or strategic due diligence - for M&A, Value Creation and Exit purposes.
Day Rate - Dependant on experience
2 Weeks to 3 Months - Depending on Client & Project
- Industry Agnostic - but demonstrable track record of transactions required.
- Support key investment decision making
- Lead value workstreams
- Interviews, Market Modelling and Forecast Analysis.
- French, Flemish and Dutch speaking of particular interest.
