London | Hybrid | Full‑time

The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in client services, media, advertising or a related environment who’s ready to step up and learn fast.

You’ll work closely with clients from day one — helping them get real value from tools, data and insights, and building trusted relationships along the way. This isn’t a passive support role; you’ll have responsibility, exposure and room to grow from the outset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a reliable, approachable point of contact for clients
• Supporting onboarding and training, helping clients feel confident using tools and insights
• Asking smart questions to uncover client needs and challenges
• Communicating clearly and calmly — translating complexity into clarity
• Working closely with internal teams to make sure client requirements are understood and delivered

This Role Is For You If You…

• Have 1–2 years’ experience in media, advertising, adtech, broadcasting or client services
• Are a clear, confident communicator — on calls, in meetings and in writing
• Are curious and genuinely enjoy getting under the skin of client problems
• Bring a likeable, positive energy and enjoy working with people
• Are organised, proactive and keen to build a career in media and technology
