The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.

We are hiring Forklift Drivers (Reach or Counterbalance)to work on the day or night shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire

Shift:Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday toSaturday

Hours:07.00 to 18.00 or 18.00 to 05.00

Pay rate: Days £13.47 basicOvertime at £20.21 after 45 hours worked

Nights £14.37 basic Overtime at £21.55after 45 hours worked

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently
• Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
• Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
• Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
• Move goods around siteand load trailers
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.

Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role
