Location:Northampton Cross Logistics Park, NN4
Pay Rate:£13.51 £16.51 per hour
Shift:Rotational shifts (Monday Friday + every second Sunday)
Job Type:Full-time | Temporary

Quest Employment are currently recruitingBendi / Flexi Driversfor a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Northampton (NN4).

The Role

As aBendi / Flexi Driver,your duties may include:

• Safely and efficiently operating a Bendi/Flexi truck

• Moving stock around the warehouse (put-away and replenishment)

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

• Labelling goods and preparing shipments

• Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and safe

Key Skills and Experience

Were looking for candidates who have:

• A valid Bendi/Flexi licence (in-house licences accepted)

• At least 6 months of Bendi/Flexi driving experience

• A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach

• The ability to work both independently and within a team

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution settings is desirable.

Pay and Benefits

• £13.10 per hour for hours worked up to 19:00

• £16.10 per hour for hours worked between 19:00 22:00
