Job description
We’re partnering with a high-growth, independent media agency who are looking for a Client Manager to take ownership of media strategy and campaign delivery across key client accounts. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on activation - ideal for someone who enjoys shaping direction but also staying close to execution.
You’ll play a key role in driving planning excellence, challenging briefs, and delivering impactful cross-channel campaigns, while building strong client relationships and contributing to wider agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead media planning strategy and end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple client accounts
- Translate client briefs into effective, insight-led media plans
- Manage campaign execution across channels, ensuring performance and optimisation
- Work closely with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in planning and performance
- Contribute to cross-channel planning, including audience strategy and targeting approaches
- Support ongoing development of planning frameworks, measurement approaches, and campaign effectiveness
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in media planning and buying (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of cross-channel media planning, including reach, frequency, and budget allocation
- Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimisation
- Familiarity with measurement frameworks such as MMM or econometrics
- Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships
- Commercially minded, with an ability to balance performance and efficiency
- Interest in how media and creative work together to drive effectiveness
