Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
• Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience with a strong focus on styling and storytelling
• Drive sales performance through KPI management, team coaching, and clienteling
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects brand standards at all times
• Manage daily operations including stock control, rota planning, and store organisation
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s values and aesthetic

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within fashion retail
• A natural leader with a hands-on and collaborative approach
• Strong passion for clienteling and building meaningful customer relationships
• Commercially aware with a proven ability to drive sales and team performance
• Well-presented with a keen eye for styling and detail
• Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
