 Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Sunday)

As a Retail Sales Adviser at our flagship store, you’ll be front and centre—delivering world-class service, exceeding sales targets, and helping customers discover the very best cycling and triathlon gear on the market. From seasoned road racers to first-time triathletes, you’ll be their go-to expert.

Key Responsibilities


Drive Sales & Beat Targets

  • Engage every customer with enthusiasm and expertise


  • Identify opportunities to up sell, cross-sell, and close sales


  • Build lasting customer relationships that keep them coming back


Deliver a Premium Customer Experience

  • Offer charismatic, tailored advice to cycling enthusiasts and high-net-worth clients alike


  • Go above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves inspired and satisfied


Become a Product Expert

  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech, gear, and performance apparel


  • Represent the best brands in cycling with confidence and authority


Contribute to Operational Efficiency 

  • Maintain stock accuracy and handle inventory with precision


  • Process and manage customer orders from delivery to aftercare


  • Ensure the store is always immaculate, well-merchandised, and ready for customers


Collaborate and Contribute

  • Be part of a tight-knit, passionate team that supports one another


  • Share knowledge, uphold standards, and contribute to a positive store culture


 What You’ll Bring:


  • Retail sales experience, ideally in a performance-focused environment


  • Strong knowledge of cycling equipment, accessories, and clothing


  • A genuine passion for the sport—and the lifestyle


  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills


  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and stock handling skills


  • Experience with inventory systems is a plus
