Midweight / Senior Designer – Integrated Creative Events Agency
- Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
- £40,000 – £60,000
We’re partnering with a leading full-service integrated communications and events agency in London to find a talented Midweight or Senior Designer to join their growing creative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning Finance, Sport, Retail, Tech, and more - delivering bold, high-impact campaigns across events, experiential, and integrated channels.
Experience within an events or experiential agency is essential for this role.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering creative work across a variety of touchpoints -bringing ideas to life from concept through to execution. Think big brand activations, events, exhibitions, and hospitality!
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators, and Strategists, you’ll contribute to both standalone design projects and larger integrated campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver standout creative work
- Take concepts from initial idea through to final execution across print and digital
- Lead your own projects while supporting wider campaign work
- Attend client meetings and help translate brand strategies into compelling creative
- Design across a wide range of formats, including large-scale event and activation assets
- Own the full design process—from ideation through to final artwork
- Contribute to creative direction and support art direction where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience at Midweight or Senior level within a creative/agency environment
- Strong background in events, experiential, or activation design
- A genuinely creative thinker with a portfolio spanning brand, digital, content, and print
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident presenting and pitching ideas internally and to clients
- Experience with social content and motion/animation is a strong bonus
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
