(Senior) Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering multiple projects across the South East. They're a growing company with a variety of projects on site and on the horizon, mix of new build and refurb between £1m and £20m in value.
Duties:
- Manage commercial aspects of 2-3 live projects
- Procurement of subcontract packages
- Valuations, variations, CVRs and reporting
- Final accounts and cost forecasting
- Liaison with operational teams and clients
Experience Required:
- Main contractor background
- Multi-site/project experience
- Strong contractual and commercial awareness
- Excellent organisation and negotiation skills
