Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

£80,000 – £100,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate to join a highly-regarded 'Silver Circle' law firm, providing access to work akin to that which is normally only accessible in London. This role in particular is Manchester based.

The Role:

You will work as part of a highly regarded Commercial Property team, advising on a wide range of matters, including:

• Providing advice on a broad portfolio of asset management work
• Working on sales, purchases and financings
• Drafting and negotiating documents to ensure they meet client requirements
• Providing advice to clients to ensure that their interests are protected
• Getting involved with development transactions ranging from acquisition of brownfield sites for industrial development through to town centre regeneration projects
