Contract: 6-month initial Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a QA Associate to join the Quality Assurance team at a pharmaceutical production site based in Windsor. This is a 6‑month initial fixed-term contract, ideal for someone with previous pharmaceutical experience and a good understanding of GMP who is looking to build or strengthen their QA background.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the QA team with day-to-day quality activities on site
• Assist with GMP documentation, including SOPs, deviations, and quality records
• Support batch record review and release activities
• Participate in investigations, CAPAs, and change control processes as required
• Ensure activities are performed in compliance with GMP, company procedures, and regulatory standards
• Work cross-functionally with Production, QC, and other site teams

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated life sciences environment
• GMP experience is essential
• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
