Oculus Legal Group are partnered with a top international law firm who are growing their team. They are looking for an experienced Employment Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) or Senior Employment solicitor looking to pivot into this position.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of the team - driving knowledge, shaping training, and supporting business growth. You’ll keep their legal know-how cutting-edge while building strong client relationships through high-quality training and engagement.

Open to Part-Time/Full-Time (3 days - 5 day week).

Role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester or London.

Professional Support

• Own and develop the team’s knowledge bank and precedents
• Track legal developments and keep materials current
• Identify gaps and create new resources
• Lead internal training and share key updates
• Deliver clear, practical legal research

Training & Client Engagement

• Design and deliver client training, webinars, and events
• Create tailored training materials and courses
• Support and drive the team’s training strategy and offering
• Spot opportunities to develop new products and grow client relationships
• Lead on newsletters, updates, and thought leadership

• Support marketing, content, and online presence
• Contribute to business development strategy and growth
