Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | Ongoing
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 12-hour shifts

Were currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a busy refuse collection team in Coalville. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours and a reliable rotaperfect if you value work-life balance and job stability.

Youll be working as a Class 2 Driver, operating a refuse vehicle and supporting a team of loaders to complete scheduled routes safely and efficiently.

• Operate a Class 2 (Cat C) refuse collection vehicle
• Work as part of a team to complete daily routes
• Carry out vehicle checks and report defects
• Ensure all collections are completed safely and on time
• Follow driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with your crew and transport team

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous experience as a Class 2 Driver preferred
• Comfortable working in a physical, team-based role
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Willing to complete a driving assessment if required

• £15.50 per hour
