Welfare Van Driver

Job description

Driver Hire Carlisle are currently recruiting for multiple Van (CAT B) drivers for our well known and established client in the Carlisle.

PAY :

• c£133 per day
• c£668 per week
• c£34k per annum

Shifts:

• Run across Monday-Friday
• Nights , 18:30pm starts
• Average 9-10 hour shifts - Guarenteed 9 Hours pay
• Contract to start 13/04/2026
• Long term on going work

Role :

• Collect welfare van from Workington - drive the welfare van to a site at Bigrigg, Egremont
• Remain on-site during the shift to supervise welfare facilities (e.g., heating, seating, rest area)
• Set up lighting on the unit while on-site
• Keep the area clean, tidy, and secure throughout the shift
• Return the unit to Penrith

Requirements:

• Valid Driving Licence
• CSCS CARD
