Field/Home based, Account Management focused covering Scotland, Cumbria and Northeast England

Offering £44,472 basic, £9,888 bonus potential, Electric company Car, Final Salary Pension after qualifying period, 33 days hols, rising with service, option to buy or sell up to 5 days, and other leading benefits.

The Role:

• Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Highways Safety Products, the product range is vast and includes Bollards, Highways Signage, Grit Bins and Snow Clearance Products
• Field/home based covering Scotland, Cumbria and Northeast England (our client is looking for someone based centrally to the region).
• Account Management focused selling to Local Authorities, Government Departments, Traffic Management Contractors and Highways Maintenance Contractors.
• Although Account Management focused you will be required to show some new business initiative.
• Fantastic Leads provided and a huge database of clients to work with.
• You will be required to demonstrate the products on a regular basis so must be able to carry/transport products.
• Attending around 2-3 face to face appointments per day when out on the field (likely 3 days field based).
• Excellent product training with great support and back up
• Realistic and achievable targets, orders can be £2-3k to £50-60k++

The Candidate:

• Must have field sales experience
• Located centrally to the region to be covered
• Sold a product
• Career stability
• Strong relationship builder but happy with the new business element of the role
• Can sell products by demonstration, must be able to carry/transport products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great presentation skills and experience
• Self motivated and determined

The Package:

• £44,472 basic salary dependant on experience,
• Quarterly bonus giving an OTE of £54,360K
• EV Company car.
• 33 days annual leave, rising with service.
• Option to buy or sell 5 additional days.
