The role:
- Lead, coach, and develop a portfolio of sites across London
- Drive commercial performance and operational standards
- Build high-performing, engaged teams
- Partner with senior leadership on growth and improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality or QSR
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- A hands-on, people-first leadership style
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
