Concession Manager | Central London

We are supporting the appointment of a Concession Manager for a well established brand within a busy Central London department store.

This is a hands on role, combining commercial ownership with team leadership in a high-footfall environment. You will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining strong operational standards, and delivering a consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small team to deliver against sales targets
• Drive performance through effective use of KPIs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
• Manage day-to-day operations, including stock and replenishment
• Build strong relationships with host store teams
• Ensure the concession is always trading-ready, particularly during peak periods

Candidate Profile

• Experience as Department Manager, Assistant Manager, or Concession Manager.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
• Commercially aware, with a hands on approach to driving sales
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and team focused

Offering

• Salary circa £40,000 to £47,000 based on experience
• Monthly and Annual bonus
