As Business Development Manager, that’s what this gives you.
There’s a new Sales Director in place.
He’s come in to build this properly… not just keep things ticking over.
He wants someone alongside him who can get out into the market and grow it.
Is that you?
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be out on the road across the UK and further when needed, building distribution partners and developing end user relationships.
Trade shows. Strategic business development. Getting in front of the right people.
And yes… get your passport ready... If you arent a fan of jumping on a plane and travelling the globe this one probbaly wont be for you.
This isn’t “global” on paper.
You’ll be travelling, meeting partners, seeing markets properly and building relationships that go beyond a screen.
This is capital equipment, so you already know it’s not quick wins.
You stay close… build trust… and see it through.
The product is already proven.
It’s in the market, it’s used, and it stands up.
So you’re not trying to convince people it works, you’re taking something solid and growing it.
As Business Development Manager, you’ll have the backing of a global group behind you, and that brings credibility when you’re sat in front of customers.

At the same time, you’re not a small cog. You will shape how you approach your market, how you build your network, and how this grows.
As Business Development Manager, you’re building this alongside a new Sales Director who wants to do it properly, you eill have your say, not just follow what’s always been done.
£65,000 basic, bonus on top, company car.
