Morning Care Assistant -Worthing & Surrounding Areas
£500 Joining Bonus*
Pay:£14-£15 per hour + mileage
Hours:Guaranteed hours available. Working times are between 07:00-13:00 (can be flexible)

About the role:
As a Morning Care Assistant, you'll help people start their day and remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Supporting with morning routines, including personal care, dressing, and breakfast preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Building meaningful relationships with clients
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

What we're looking for:

• Naturally kind, caring and compassionate
• Reliable and professional
• Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of care
• Must be available to work 07:00 - 13:00 shifts
• Available to work every other weekend
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

*To be eligable for the £500 signing on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches needs. Along with being able to work at least 15 hours a week.
The joining bonus will be paid in two stages:

• £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing
• £250 upon successful completion of probation
