SALES ASSISTANT – LUXURY FASHION

Boutique | Part-Time (32 Hours)

Salary: £12.90 per hour + Commission & Benefits

THE ROLE

• Deliver an elevated and personalised luxury shopping experience
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships through effective CRM and clienteling activities
• Drive sales through expert styling advice, product storytelling, upselling, and cross-selling
• Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs
• Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying the values and standards of the house

THE PROFILE

• Minimum 1 year of experience within premium or luxury retail
• Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering exceptional customer service
• Commercially minded with a strong sales focus and proven ability to achieve targets
• Confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation
• Skilled at building genuine client relationships and creating loyal customers
