The Role

As Telesales Manager, you’ll lead the charge across our entire on-trade portfolio. You’ll own the performance, the people, and the relationships that get our beers and ciders onto bars, and more importantly, kept pouring.

You will be growing a team of telesales executives across the portfolio, building a high-performing function that delivers consistent results across every site. You will recruit, develop and lead from the front, setting clear standards, driving accountability and creating a culture focused on activity, conversion and growth.


What you’ll be doing

Lead from the front

  • Build, energise and drive a team of site-based telesales operators
  • Set the tempo. High standards, high activity, high performance
  • Turn good teams into relentless, target-smashing operators

Be everywhere that matters

  • Travel between sites, showing up, coaching, challenging and improving
  • Create one united, high-performing telesales function across multiple locations
  • Bring consistency, pace and edge to every team you touch

Own the On-Trade

  • Take full responsibility for relationships across pubs, bars and hospitality groups
  • Know your customers and know their businesses
  • Drive loyalty while constantly finding the next opportunity

Get products pouring

  • Win new listings across the on-trade
  • Drive rate of sale. Not just getting taps on, but keeping them turning
  • Push cross-selling across a portfolio that deserves to be everywhere


Make the numbers happen

  • Own revenue, volume and margin across telesales
  • Spot opportunities, fix underperformance fast, and scale what works
  • Work tightly with field sales and brand teams to hit hard, together


What we’re looking for

  • A proven telesales leader who knows how to drive performance, not just manage it
  • Strong understanding of the UK on-trade, you know how pubs and bars really work
  • Someone who thrives in a multi-site, fast-moving environment
  • Commercially sharp, competitive, and obsessed with results
  • A natural leader. Visible, vocal, and not afraid to challenge
  • Happy to travel and be present where it counts
