Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Cold Callers to introduce Pricing Penguin’s platform to contractors and construction professionals. This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys building rapport quickly, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to contractors, tradespeople, and businesses in the construction sector.
• Introduce our AI pricing platform and explain its value.
• Identify potential leads and set up sign-ups for the service.
• Keep track of calls, conversations, and leads generated.
• Work independently from home, managing your own schedule.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or telesales preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working on commission-only pay.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
