Overview

This opportunity sits within a fast-growing business operating at the premium end of the global golf and sports market, working with some of the most prestigious clubs and venues worldwide.

The focus is on delivering high-quality retail experiences through product, personalisation, and in-store presentation. This role is central to that. You’ll be on-site with premium clients, training users on products, setting up retail displays and, more importantly, engaging teams to confidently deliver the experience themselves.

It’s a hands-on, people-focused position suited to someone confident, personable, and comfortable working in front of others. You’ll be representing the brand, working independently, and playing a visible role across premium venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, on-site product training to client teams
• Set up and install retail displays and merchandising
• Ensure premium standards are maintained across all locations
• Represent the brand confidently in high-end environments
• Support clients with best practice around product use and presentation
• Travel across the UK and internationally

• Confident, personable, and comfortable working in front of others
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging training
• Hands-on with good attention to detail
• Eager to learn and develop in a new environment
• Comfortable operating in premium, client-facing settings
• Individuals with a background in coaching, sport, fitness, training, education, lecturing, or customer-facing roles.
