Business Development Manager | Toys & Games | South East England | Permanent

Our partner: Our partner is a long-established player in the toy and giftware sector, supplying imaginative products to a wide range of retailers across the UK and beyond. With a reputation for quality, flexibility, and a friendly approach, they are passionate about supporting independent retailers and visitor attractions. They are a growing company and this newly created role reflects that momentum.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across a diverse portfolio of independent retailers (including garden centres, toy shops, department stores, zoos, and visitor attractions).
- Act as the brand ambassador for the company in the market.
- Keep the company CRM and pipeline up to date with all activity and opportunities.
- Deliver high levels of customer service from presenting new ranges, arranging quotations and keeping close once products have been delivered in.
- Collaborate closely with your internal sales support to maximise your time with customers.

- Proven success in B2B field sales, ideally with independent retailers or tourism-linked clients.
- Strong organisation skills and experience maintaining sales pipelines and CRM systems.
- A resilient, proactive mindset, and passion for hitting the road and closing deals.
- Confidence working remotely while collaborating with a wider team.
- A background in toys, gifts, FMCG, or a related product-based industry is advantageous.
