We’re recruiting for a Flagship Store Manager to lead a high-profile store within a premium homewares retail business, specialising in high-quality, design-led products that enhance everyday living.
The Role
As Flagship Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, leading from the front in a consultative, customer-first home retail environment.
You will:
- Drive sales performance, KPIs, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience centred around home and lifestyle solutions
- Inspire customers through product knowledge, storytelling, and in-store experience
- Manage all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and compliance
- Build a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager / Senior Retail Manager within homewares, furniture, interiors, or premium retail
- Strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs
- Experience leading commission-driven teams
- Passion for customer experience, interiors, and lifestyle retail
- A hands-on leader who leads from the front
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
