Base salary £90-110k with commission and package..


The Opportunity

As Country Manager for the UK, you will take full ownership of the national business, leading a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access & Innovation. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver outstanding commercial results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving and exceeding national sales and profit targets
  • Developing and executing strategic business plans
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing cross-functional teams
  • Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders
  • Identifying new market opportunities and accelerating business growth


About You

You are a commercially astute, strategic leader with a passion for healthcare innovation and a proven ability to deliver results.

You will bring:

  • A degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience within the medical devices sector
  • Experience of various routes to market – Primary, ICB, Hospital and ideally B2C / retail.
  • A strong track record in sales leadership, key account management, and market access
  • Demonstrated success engaging with HCPs and key opinion leaders
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and lead change effectively
