Concession Manager | Central London
We are supporting the appointment of a Concession Manager for a well established brand within a busy Central London department store.
This is a hands on role, combining commercial ownership with team leadership in a high-footfall environment. You will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining strong operational standards, and delivering a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team to deliver against sales targets
- Drive performance through effective use of KPIs
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
- Manage day-to-day operations, including stock and replenishment
- Build strong relationships with host store teams
- Ensure the concession is always trading-ready, particularly during peak periods
Candidate Profile
- Experience as Department Manager, Assistant Manager, or Concession Manager.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
- Commercially aware, with a hands on approach to driving sales
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and team focused
Offering
- Salary circa £40,000 to £47,000 based on experience
- Monthly and Annual bonus
