Senior Business Change Analyst         
Full time, Permanent

Location – Flexible (Ipswich, Selby, London, Glasgow) Hybrid working 1-2 days per week in your local office

About the role:

As a Senior Business Change Analyst at Drax you’ll lead the delivery of complex business change and transformation initiatives by providing expert business analysis, impact assessment, and adoption leadership ensuring people, process and behavioural changes are fully understood, planned for, and embedded into BAU.

You’ll drive the clarity of business needs, shape the scope and benefits, and define the readiness, engagement, training and transition requirements that enable smooth deployment and measurable adoption outcomes; while coaching analysts and applying consistent, best‑practice change frameworks across projects.

You’ll lead on complex change management strategies, stakeholder mapping, and transition requirements.

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll need to have experience using different change management frameworks and be used to working in an agile environment, as well as experience in managing transitions from change to BAU.

You’ll have a problem solving mindset, strong change and adoption leadership skills coupled with a strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

You’ll have previous hands on experience with process mapping/modelling, translating business problems into solutions, and coordinating testing or validation activities to ensure successful delivery of change projects and building complex business cases.

You’ll have a good understanding of governance, compliance, risk & structured delivery environments.

If you hold a change management or business analysis certification that would be advantageous.
