The Role: Impact Your Community

Based out of our Grangemouth vehicle base hub, you will play a vital role in the Scottish Justice System.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Safe Transit: Transport prisoners between courts, police stations, and prisons throughout the region
• Welfare & Security: Ensure the dignity, care, and safety of individuals in your custody.
• Professional Liaison: Work closely with police and court authorities, managing essential risk assessments and legal documentation.
• Internal Growth: We prioritise internal promotionmany of our current managers started as Custody Officers at this very base.

What Were Looking For

You dont need prior experience in the justice sectorwe provide full, comprehensive training. We are looking for:

• Driving Credentials: A full UK Drivers Licence is essential. (Please highlight if you already hold a Category C1 licence.
• Reliability: A trustworthy individual who takes pride in a stable, essential role.
• Communication: The ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in a fast-paced environment.
• Fitness: A basic level of physical fitness and flexibility to meet safety requirements.
