Job Role:

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard

Change bed linen and make beds

Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and corridors

Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities

Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards

Use and store cleaning equipment safely and correctly

Follow all health, safety, and company procedures

Work collaboratively with the team to meet quality standards
