Ofsted Registered Manager – Nottingham
Salary : £48 000 to £52,000
Full Time: 40 hrs a week + on-call
Opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new 2-bed children’s home (ages 6–17) with a well-established provider (6 homes already running).
You’ll take ownership of the set-up, Ofsted registration, and day-to-day leadership, driving safeguarding, compliance, and positive outcomes.
Requirements
- Level 5 (or working towards)
- RM or strong Deputy ready to step up
- 3+ years children’s residential experience
- Strong Ofsted, safeguarding & compliance knowledge
- Confident leading a new service from the ground up
Support in place: RI, Deputy, HR & Finance
