Our client, an award winning architectural practice, are now taking applications for an Architectural Technician to join their team.

As an exciting expansion is currently underway, they are looking for experienced contractors to support their plans in pioneering innovative retrofit solutions for complex urban regeneration projects. Gain exposure to high-profile, career-defining projects with significant public visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Detailing: Develop high-quality technical design packages and construction details specifically for the retrofit and adaptive reuse of existing urban structures.
• Fabric First Solutions: Implement innovative "fabric first" strategies to improve the thermal performance and energy efficiency of complex legacy buildings.
• BIM Management: Lead the coordination of complex models in Revit, ensuring seamless integration between existing building surveys and new architectural interventions.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in residential property portfolio
• Proficiency in working with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical background
