Senior Hardware Engineer – FPGA

Bristol based - Hybrid working

up to £80,000 + Equity + Profit-Related Bonus + Private Medical & Dental

Unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing tech team based in Bristol. Seeking an Senior level Hardware Engineer. An opportunity to work on optoelectronic and digital wireless technology for defence and space customers.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with FPGA design (VHDL / Verilog)
• Exposure to DSP implementation
• Confident taking ownership of problems from concept through to implementation
• A proactive, self-starting mindset - someone who sees issues and fixes them

This is a full-time, onsite position in Bristol, working within a collaborative engineering environment where speed, quality and technical curiosity are valued.
