Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing revenue from existing customers? Join us as a Revenue Retention Executive (Upsell & Renewals Focus), and become a key part of our dynamic revenue team. You will take ownership of your own portfolio of accounts, leading renewal conversations, driving engagement, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.


This is not a traditional Account Management role. We are looking for commercially driven individuals with proven experience in retention, renewals, and upselling across a high-volume account base.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing a high-volume portfolio (50–100+ accounts) with full ownership of renewals and retention
  • Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue per account
  • Identifying churn risks early and taking proactive action to retain revenue
  • Engaging customers regularly to increase usage and long-term value
  • Accurately forecasting and managing your pipeline using CRM tools
  • Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets


Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue retention, renewals, or upsell-focused roles (not purely relationship/account management)
  • Experience managing a large portfolio (50–100+ accounts minimum)
  • Experience handling account values in the region of £1.5K – £7K per account
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, KPI-led environment
  • Highly organised with strong ownership of pipeline and performance
  • Experience in high-volume, transactional environments (e.g. Subscription, platform, or “savings account”-style activity with frequent customer interaction)
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling
  • Experience in fast-paced, revenue-focused roles
  • Bilingual skills
