Overview:
An opportunity to join a leading engineering organisation working on complex, high-integrity projects within a safety-critical environment. This role sits within a specialist engineering team focused on ensuring the safety and compliance of site infrastructure and assets.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for producing and managing technical documentation that supports safety cases for site assets and infrastructure. This includes reviewing engineering analyses and contributing to ongoing safety assessments. The role offers a good level of autonomy, along with the chance to work across multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of design substantiation activities
- Review technical reports, assessments, and calculations
- Collaborate with engineering, safety, and human factors teams
- Contribute to ongoing safety reviews and compliance activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a complex or safety-critical industry (e.g. Aerospace, oil & gas, defence, marine, etc.)
- STEM degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
- Strong technical reporting and analytical skills
