Earn £35-45k working with a fast growing, tech advanced UK Agency

We’re hiring a UK-based Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join Earthstorm Media (no visa sponsorship available).

This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s a progression role. You’ll build and evolve PHP applications, develop modern front-ends, improve architecture, and solve meaningful technical problems alongside designers and strategists who care about doing things properly. Hybrid role with flexible remote and office based days.

You’ll need:

• 2+ years’ PHP (7/8)

• JavaScript + a modern framework (React, Vue, An gular, etc.)

• SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL)

• Solid fundamentals (DRY, SOLID, MVC)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have: Laravel/Symfony, Docker, CI/CD, Stripe, DevOps exposure.

£35,000–£45,000 depending on experience.
